2. Does it work with the phone protective case on?
ANJANK can charge through phone cases that are no thicker than 5 mm. However, items such as magnetic / metal attachments, grips, stands, keys, or credit cards will interfere with charging. Charging speeds may also be reduced while charging with a phone case.
3. Why it cannot charge my phone when I place it on the charger stand?
a)Please confirm the phone supports Qi technology;
b)Make sure the case is thinner than 5mm and without any metal objects on it.
